St Mary's Inn

Part of the Jesmond Dene House family, St Mary’s Inn opened in November 2014 and is a pub and B&B with tradition at its heart. A perfect location for visiting Northumberland, the pub is situated on the site of the former St Mary’s hospital in South Northumberland the B&B is located just 20 minutes from Newcastle and 2 ½ miles west of Stannington village and the market town of Morpeth. Offering friendly hospitality, generous food and a genuine welcome and serving honest-to-goodness food and beer in a relaxed, informal style. Colourful spaces, cosy corners, real fires, outdoor dining, daily afternoon teas, family Sunday lunch and eleven comfortable country-style bedrooms. The pub has a number of different rooms and spaces, including two rooms that can be used on a private basis for celebrations and business events. All bar areas and one bedroom are dog-friendly, the large car park with cycle racks allows for a visit or stop-over and families are welcome with a great value children’s menu being available.
