Previously accredited with the Services SETA for our unique YoutrBrand™️—our leadership and organizational development program grounded in Insights Discovery—our transition to the QTCO framework is currently on hold, as the qualification underpinning the program will remain with the Services SETA for another 1–2 years.
Life is too short to keep navigating the complexities of the SETA process.
So, as we pause, we’re embracing the opportunity to remake, remodel, and renew. Our focus has shifted toward a strategic partnership with a corporate holding company, where we’re building the DNA and brand identity across their brands. This integrated strategy allows each brand to support and strengthen the others, creating a cohesive and growth-driven ecosystem.
We’re also developing a new L&D program, centered on QTCO Qualifications and Skills Programs, with brand-based employee development and an engagement initiative we’re calling ‘SPAM.’
At this time, we’re not taking on additional clients, choosing instead to focus deeply on this partnership to create something truly impactful for the future.
