Startlabz, the venture lab of StartAppz, was founded early 2019 with a focus on supporting early stage (pre-seed) startups in the MENA region. The program helps those startups fundraise at an early stage to help them reach stages that qualify them for institutional investment.

The program aims to offer startups, that are at a pre-seed stage, the opportunity to network, pitch to investors, and find the right mentorship. Startups will also have access to our team of coaches to help prepare them for their investor pitch. Startlabz runs a virtual pitch event every 4 months where the selected startups can pitch their ideas and get funding from our angel network.

Our entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to pitch their ideas virtually, 3 times a year, to investors from all over the region. Investments range from $5,000 up to $100,000 depending on the startup's needs. The most common funding reasons include but are not limited to:
