(SDS) is a “one-stop shop” for distribution and warehousing needs, which can trace its roots back over 115 years to Holland Transfer Company, which began serving the Statesville, NC area in 1907. SDS was spun-out of Holland Transfer in 2007 as the division formerly known as Holland Distribution became a separate company that is known today as Statesville Distribution Services. With over 500,000 sq. ft. of warehousing space, including floor and racked space, we provide a plethora of services including: pick, pack & ship, labeling, shrink wrap, and banding, BOL preparation, bulk loading, sorting & re-packaging, loading and unloading of truckloads, LTL, railcar, and containers, and many more services! The Southeast region is home to several major ports (Charleston, Brunswick, Wilmington, and Savannah), airports, and highways (I-77, I-40, I-85), making it a key transportation hub for goods coming in and out of the country. Statesville, NC is a prime and relatively inexpensive location relative to larger hubs like Charlotte or Raleigh.
