STOCK REPLENISHMENT & SERVICE
Stock replenishment will be done by a staff member of Stationery Vendor on
a weekly basis.
Each machine will be initially set up and certified by a qualified electrician and
whenever a technical issue arises the manufacturer will be contacted to come
and repair the stationary vending machine at no cost to the leasee.
LEASE AGREEMENT
A lease agreement will be put in place that will outline the terms and
conditions of the Stationery Vendor Machines. This agreement can be
drafted up by either the Leasee or the Leasor.
