• Enhanced client’s model risk management framework in preparation for regulatory exam. Created tools to track model inventory, open findings from regulators and control functions, and progress on action plans to close those findings.
• Wrote new policies and procedures to reflect latest developments in model risk management methodology. Developed template for model documentation and established standards to identify more easily the 1st line tools and activities that require enhanced controls.
