STEM Sisters advocates for the intersectional empowerment of culturally and racially marginalised women in STEM through a range of initiatives to enable WOC in STEM to thrive in their careers, which will:
o Build networks, deepen connections, nurture WOC in STEM and communities, and foster collaboration
o Provide skill development support that is responsive to the experiences of WOC in STEM
o Raise the visibility of WOC in STEM who are often overlooked
o Support WOC in STEM to further develop their leadership and professional goals
o Create a safe space for WOC in STEM for fellowship, belonging, learning, and self-care
