Nova developed the proven coaching strategies of Step Stones For Life® defining the universal steps needed to discover and strengthen the path to fulfillment incorporating her background in psychology and health. Nova received her BA in Psychology and Social Behavior with an emphasis in Health Psychology from the University of California Irvine. She furthered her education and training at Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology receiving her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.
