We zijn in 1983 gestart als een typische studentenwinkel. Naast rokkostuums, galajurken en schoenen, verkochten we veel 'second-hand' jasjes. Deze jasjes, van Amerikaanse origine, legden de basis voor onze Engels-Amerikaanse stijl.
Inmiddels zijn we gegroeid tot een modern bedrijf met filialen diverse steden in Nederland en een webshop en is Steppin' Out een toonaangevend merk geworden. Onder het eigen merk brengen we nu een brede collectie voor mannen en vrouwen, waarbij het uitgangspunt is om 'value for money' te bieden; we willen beslist betaalbaarder zijn dan vergelijkbare merkkleding, zonder concessies te doen aan de kwaliteit.
Naast het eigen merk Steppin' Out, voeren we een aantal bekende internationale merken, zoals Fjällräven, New Zealand Auckland, Saint James, Code-Zero en William Lockie.
Naast een onderscheidende collectie, vinden we een buitengewoon goede klantenservice essentieel.
Voortdurend denken we na over waar we kunnen verbeteren en staan dan ook altijd open voor suggesties, opmerkingen en ideeën.
