Stichting Haltpop is de organisatie achter het alternatieve muziekfestival dat sinds 2005 plaatsvindt in de Zaanstreek. Sinds het ontstaan van het festival uit een taakstraf bij Bureau Halt is het festival uitgegroeid tot een gevestigd alternatief muziekfestival in de Zaanstreek dat niet alleen podium biedt aan lokaal talent, maar ook aan regionale, nationale en internationale acts. De stichting heeft als hoofddoel de alternatieve muziekscene in de Zaanstreek te stimuleren door een alternatief muziekfestival te organiseren.
