Stichting VierTaal Overview

VierTaal is een onderwijsinstelling met scholen en ambulante diensten voor leerlingen met een taalontwikkelingsstoornis (TOS) en/of slechthorend. Naast onderwijs biedt VierTaal toeleiding naar cluster 2 en ondersteuning in het regulier onderwijs. Bij VierTaal werken in totaal ongeveer 550 mensen. Dit zijn leerkrachten, onderwijsassistenten, logopedisten, gedragsdeskundigen en natuurlijk ook onderwijs ondersteunend personeel. De bestuurder Natasja Kroon heeft de leiding over VierTaal. Daarnaast zijn er regiodirecteuren die leiding geven aan alle scholen in een bepaalde regio. Elke school heeft een eigen locatiedirecteur. De Raad van Toezicht houdt toezicht of alles binnen VierTaal goed loopt. In de Raad van Toezicht zitten deskundige mensen op het gebied van financiën, onderwijs, personeelszorg en kwaliteit. In de MedezeggenschapsRaad zitten ouders en medewerkers. Het is eigenlijk de ondernemingsraad van VierTaal. Daarnaast is er de deel-medezeggenschapsraad die regelmatig overleg voert met de leiding van de school.
