De doelstelling van de Stichting WOI is het stimuleren van universitair en hoger beroepsonderwijs op het gebied van de installatietechniek in de gebouwde omgeving en dit af te stemmen op de behoefte van de installatiesector. Door tevens wetenschappelijk onderzoek te stimuleren, zal de kwaliteit van het onderwijs en van de gebouwde omgeving verbeteren.
