Our buying philosophy is simple, we aim to provide goods which are made ethically and of the highest quality while offering our clients the best value for their money. We strongly believe in investing in goods which will stand the test of time allowing you to treasure them for years to come.
Transparency and sustainability are also of the utmost importance. Where our goods are made? What they are made from? How they are made? Who makes them? And how they impact our planet is as equally important to us as how they look and feel. We feature a diverse selection of labels from across the globe with the majority being ethically sourced or manufactured within Canada, USA, United Kingdom, Portugal, Italy and Japan.
In addition to offering products we are passionate about, we strive to continually set new benchmarks in customer service. Whether it be providing complimentary beverages from our in-house espresso bar or simply offering honest, informative and personalized style advice, we aim to change people's perception of the fashion retail experience.
We offer personal appointments at our customer's convenience where our trained stylists offer full service ward-robing. And for our non-local clients, in addition to the online webstore, we we are pleased to offer virtual appointments via Skype or FaceTime.
