The beach bar Idöborg is located on the island of Idöborg in the Stockholm archipelago. You can get to Idöborg all year round by Waxholm boat from Stavsnäs Vinterhamn on Värmdö. The beach bar serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and is open weekends in spring and autumn and daily during the summer. The restaurant is located right by the water and the main serving area is a large wooden deck with about 200 seats, but there is also a dining room with about 40 seats. Adjacent to the wooden deck is a sandy beach, bathing jetty, sauna and a building with WC and changing room. The customers consist of everything from private individuals who rent a cabin on the island or just come over for the day with their own boat, to conference guests and weddings. During the summer there is live jazz every Wednesday evening and a few times each summer major artists such as Lisa Nilsson and Uno Svenningsson are booked for dinner concerts. The level of ambition is high when it comes to food, drink & service, but at the same time we want to feel affordable and welcoming to all categories of guests.
