I coach women at all stages of their careers, you may be: - in the early years of your first career looking for a performance boost - on maternity leave wanting to ensure the role you return to is right for you - considering a career change and need help working out what this looks like - reaching your 'last act' and want to ensure this last role truly fulfils you - preparing for a successful 'retirement' transition and need support shaping this My unique blend of coaching draws on my 25-year business career and first-hand experiences integrating home life responsibilities as a mum of 3, with working life responsibilities spanning global corporates, consultancy, agency, freelance, start-up and CMO roles. My mission is to help lift women up in the world. My principle offering is a 'Career Satisfaction Shake up' - a coaching experience that helps you rediscover what's important to you, identifies what's getting in the way of your success and critically, supports you to build an action plan to help get you to where you want to be.
