Auckland has been crying out for a venue like this. Studio 38 has already opened its doors with the launch of Wilde Records' state-of-the-art recording studios. When the rest of the project is complete, Studio 38 will also boast a TV studio, event space, hotel room and inspirational gift shop. The project is the brainchild of full-time musician and property investor Jesse Wilde, and speaker/TV host Cath Vincent. Together they purchased a distressed warehouse in Auckland Central at a nail-biting auction in June 2015. They put into place ambitious plans to turn it into a thriving creative and business venue. "This is a goal we set in motion 6 years earlier - just by voicing it," says Cath. "We always knew we'd create a place where people could feel motivated and supported to fulfill their wildest dreams."
