Studio Geotecnico Strutturale – SGS s.r.l. – was founded in 2002 by Ing. Paolo Nisio and Ing. Valter Capata and represents the evolution of Studio Geotecnico Stradale which was originally created by Ing. Carlo Cassinis in 1956. The current activity of the firm is focused on dealing with geotechnical applications for, highways, railways, hydraulic works and airports.
During the several years of experience, the Studio dealt with the design of various types of geotechnical structures – as foundations, retaining systems, tunnels, slope stability, earthworks, pavements – for both public and private clients. SGS is able to develop the design from the preliminary stage to the detailed phase, including the technical support during the works.
The Studio can rely on highly-qualified technical staff in continuous development and follows ISO 9001 quality procedure.
