Subletr simplifies the subletting process with convenience, safety, and privacy at its core. Helping students both listing and searching save hundreds of dollars. Subletr was founded in June 2023 after a house fire in March 2023 forced Winston Hsiao and his housemates to scramble last minute for off-campus housing. During the sublet search process it became clear to him that the current sublet search/arrangement process had significant room for improvement.
