Subsidence Insurance Scam

Subsidence Insurance Scam company information, Employees & Contact Information

Buying a home is the biggest investment we will make in our lives, and to protect that investment we take out insurance should the worst happen. If the worst happens, we rightly expect the insurance to be there to uphold the agreement that was made between us, as we have upheld by paying agreed monies at agreed times. This is not the case with subsidence Insurance. Those visiting this page experiencing subsidence, you may not read what you want to hear, but you will read what to expect. The longest claim I have come across so far is 20 years. I am currently racing up to a decade. We have many others from the start of their journey at two years right across the board up to 20. These claims are not limited to one insurance company, they are across the board. This tells us that there are systemic failures across the industry, and those of us that have experienced those failures for many years, can hand on heart say that these are deliberate failures. We have all experienced some, or all, of the following: Wrongly closed claims Conveniently and deliberately fitting under a different peril that claimants don’t have on their insurance Exhausting you over time so you will just give up your claim Blatant lies Constant unnecessary delays (kicking the can down the road) Substandard works that leave claimants living on building sites. Gaslighting Let me just emphasise again though the blatant lies! All the above can be evidenced. A piece by The Guardian published in 2008 states how insurance companies outsource these claims to external companies to keep costs to a minimum. Some (or possibly all?) of these companies work on a low fixed cost basis, which explains why they constantly kick the can down the road with claims as they just can’t afford to fix them all.......and have no intentions of! I reach out to all those out there that have struggled with subsidence claims to get in touch, even if your claim was closed, as it may have been wrongly closed.
