Seta is a not-for-profit engineering Group Training Association that delivers apprenticeships, traineeships and a range of standard and bespoke commercial training courses. Seta provides accredited, industry-recognised training, delivered by highly knowledgeable staff with extensive industry experience. We have been playing a key role in developing workforces in the North East and beyond for more than 40 years. We are a trusted training provider with an exceptional track record of delivering for clients across a range of sectors – from micro-businesses to multinationals. We provide a launchpad for careers in engineering, manufacturing, process, and related industries. Seta’s Washington base has its own well-equipped workshops. Our location in the heart of the region allows easy access from both the A1 and A19 road links. Our training programmes can be delivered either on or off site to suit clients’ requirements. Seta carries centre accreditation from a number of awarding bodies including City & Guilds, EAL, Pearson Edexcel and IOSH.
