Sunland Properties Pvt. Ltd. was founded by Mr. Shahul Hameed, who started his career as a site engineer in a mining company and rose over time as the chief engineer at Tata Group. He then started his own venture "Elegant Contractors" and handled challenging turnkey projects like converting a virgin island into a resort within 180 days, which withstood tsunami while others fell.
In 2006, he entered into the real estate market and made his mark and was extremely successful since then.
In 2017, he had a vision to make a revolution in organic farming and thus, Farmvillage was born.
Farmvillage is an ambitious and visionary project of Sunland Group. Our aim is to develop organic farming in corporate structure, bringing educated and younger generation into agricultural industry, which is the Backbone of India's economic growth. Creating fresh ideas, providing good/equal opportunity, socio-economic growth to rural population of India. Organic food items keeps Human race in good health. To capitalize the huge demand for organic food items/products in India & Worldwide market, our project "Farm Village" is a step forward.
