Founded by Elienid Nieves, Sunshine Athletics Apparel was started in her Orlando, Florida home. Like many other employees, once the pandemic started, she was working from home and knew how important it was to be comfortable while performing her duties. Also, as a plus-size woman knew the hassle of finding the right activewear when working out. Sunshine Athletics Apparel is a lifestyle, we believe in living a life full of adventure.
In other words, we think athleisure wear is basically the coolest thing in the world. Who needs high heels or a suit when you can be comfortable in leggings?
