The Trading & Manufacturing division is a part of the Sunway Group. The Trading & Manufacturing division traces its roots back to 1981. Beginning with trading of heavy equipment, the division later expanded into trading of building materials, hoses & fittings, heavy equipment parts, as well as manufacturing of hydraulic fittings and heavy equipment undercarriage produces. To date, the division has successfully spanned its wings throughout Malaysia and abroad, including Singapore, Thailand, China, Indonesia and Australia, with a network of 41 strategic locations serving our diverse customer groups.
The acquisition of Winstar Trading in 2015, a company specialises in trading of industrial hardware, also marks the division’s commitment in enhancing Sunway Group’s value. Today, the division operates through five product groups namely Building Materials, Hoses & Fittings, Heavy Equipment Parts, Heavy Equipment and Industrial Hardware.
Over the years, the division has developed a range of in-house brands including Sunflex and TotalRubber hoses and fittings, Suntrak undercarriage parts and Sunguard oil filter. Adding to this are Sunway’s well-recognised agency lines like CASE, Furukawa, Airman, Sany, Daechang , FP diesel & etc.
