Superfood Science Overview

At Superfood Science, we have experienced first-hand the profound effects that natural food-based supplements have on the mind, body and spirit. Our founder, Mr. Shoji Uchiyama, faced extreme health challenges at the age of 46. His body was beginning to fail him, his energy was depleted and he feared the future of his health. Until he discovered the superfood mushroom, Agaricus blazei, that transformed his life. It healed him from the inside out and gave him back his life, energy, and body. Now in his 70’s, Mr. Uchiyama is healthier than ever. Blown away by his transformation, Mr. Uchiyama sold his successful Euro-Disney licensing business and founded a premium health supplement business based around the Agaricus blazei mushroom. Because he’s witnessed what a profound effect superfoods have had on his own health and the health of those close to him, he’s on a mission to positively impact the health of both people and animals by sharing and making accessible the many health benefits that superfoods have to offer.
