Unlike other carbon fiber frames that are glued and bolted together, Superstrata’s unibody frame is 3D printed in a single pass using proprietary carbon fiber composite, resulting in a frame free of joints, bolts, or glue or any kind. Produced using next-generation thermoplastic carbon fiber composite, a Superstrata frame is simultaneously impact resistant and remarkably lightweight. Superstrata’s advanced manufacturing process enables unprecedented customization. Each frame is tailored to its rider’s height, weight, arm length, and riding positions.
