Support People With Disabilities PTY LTD was established in 2018 and has since grown to be one of the leading providers of disability support services in its sector. We currently provide support to a range of clients with different needs and requirements. We’re a trusted partner and a registered NDIS provider with the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
We provide support to our clients in a range of environments, including but not limited to, the participant’s own home, group homes and respite centres.
We offer SIL accommodation, Support Coordination, Respite, Hospital Care, In-home Care (Personal care, Domestic Care), Community Access (Daily Program, Group Activities, Saturday Group Outings, School Holiday Outings), Daily Living Support (Skill Development, art classes, cooking classes) and Many other support services to improve the quality of life of our participants.
All of our staff are trained in preventative measures for reducing the risk of COVID 19 and have protocols in place to reduce risk in the circumstance that a participant or staff member has been possibly exposed to COVID 19. We have registered nurses on staff that can assist after hospital recovery. We can also provide training to cover a wide variety of medical, mental health and disability support for our staff, participants and others.
Our staff have extensive experience working within the NDIS and our services. Our Policies and Procedures focus on clients’ feedback and their specific needs to ensure we produce quality and effective services.
Our intake process is seamless, not too many forms or paperwork are required. Just call or email us and we will then contact the participant (within 48 hours of a referral being made) and provide services within 7 days if everything goes ok. If any participant needs urgent services we will bypass our standard procedures to ensure this happens when the participant requires it.
