I qualified as a Pilates Teacher in 2013, and later as a Yoga Teacher in 2016 after spending many years practising both.
My classes are suitable for people of all ages, adults and children alike, and all levels, from beginner through to advanced. I teach with a holistic and eccentric approach, exploring heart based practices, connecting mind, body and spirit.
Outside of teaching, I’m a wife, mum of two, lover of the sea, and enjoy all of the magic that living in Cornwall has to offer.
