SWG is a sushi bar management company headquartered in Greer, SC. Established in 1998 by Nick Spiak, Sr., and Hisamichi Fujimura, we have about 300 sushi bars in grocery stores, universities, and other institutions in 34 states. We contract with Host facilities to set-up and facilitate sushi bars, and contract with independent sushi chefs to operate these bars on a daily basis.
