Let’s just say I’ve spent more than 25 years in the trenches of male-dominated tech. I’ve sat through enough Boys’ Club meetings and endured enough bro-culture nonsense to write a book (or maybe a dark comedy). I’ve been excluded from conversations that mattered, underestimated because of my gender, and outright mistreated just for daring to exist in “their” space. I’ve been talked over in meetings, dismissed for being “too emotional,” and made to feel like I needed to shrink myself to make everyone else comfortable. And you know what? For too long, I played along. I made myself smaller, quieter, less me—all in the name of “fitting in.” Spoiler alert: it didn’t work. Here’s what I’ve learned after years of navigating this minefield: the problem wasn’t me, and it never was. The real problem was a culture that expected women to adapt instead of making room for us to thrive. Now? I’ve had enough. I’m not here to play by anyone else’s rules anymore—and I don’t want other women to feel like they have to either. That’s why I do what I do. I help women break out of those outdated molds, reclaim their power, and unapologetically live life on their terms.
