SVS Real Estate (“SVS RE”) is a London based company specialising in real estate and hospitality assets. SVS RE acts as advisor, asset manager and / or operating partner in real estate related transactions across the world. Currently the key exposure is in Europe, however Asian, African and Latin American opportunities are being explored and considered. SVS RE has a number of investments and joint venture agreements with strategic partners in target markets. These partners have significant sector and / or geographic knowledge, experience and know-how giving SVS RE in-depth access to certain real estate markets. Real estate is a local business, where a nuance on location or approach can make or break a deal, and while the SVS RE team prides itself with broad experiences across asset classes, geographies and sectors, we believe the key to success is teaming up with experts in each respective field.
