Sweetlips Fish and Chips is an award winning eatery based in Leederville and Fremantle that specialises in delivering quality and exceptional food. Recognised by almost all media Sweetlips has consistently been the market leader for 10 years. Michael Waldock is the Proprietor who has taken to delivering the best fish and chips in WA.
The decision to open the first premises in Leederville on what used to be a Fish and Chip Shop dating back to 1918 has seen the business grow to three stores and also to be named the "Best Fish and Chips" in Perth, and recognised by the National Seafood Industry as the "Best Fish and Chips" in Australia. From the outset the mission was to bring fresh fish to the consumer.
Being open and honest about the fish being served and investing in a staff that is friendly, helpful and excited to be working with him. In an industry that is seen as fast food and unhealthy the Sweetlips team have developed a very healthy approach to their grilled product and salad menu.
