Our vision at Swiss Alternative Financing (we also call it SAFAG) is simple. We want to help issuers and investors alike move from a world when companies financed themselves almost entirely through equity and debt to one in which they are increasingly interested in also looking at a middle ground – of enabling investors to take part ownership of some of companies’ assets or revenue streams.
This has advantages to owners of companies who want to avoid dilution, but also to investors who like to choose more precisely the asset they are investing in.
With securitization or tokenization this can be addressed. We are based in Switzerland, which is the heart of some of these new methods of financing. Naturally we are also knowledgeable about traditional financing, and many of the investors we talk to, are active in several asset classes.
Our services pre financing range from advice on how to operate or set up in Switzerland to general consultancy and help on financing and how and when to use blockchain as part of that.
Then, when funds have been raised, how to ensure efficient transfer of assets and how to store these assets as safely as possible. No firm can be the best in everything, so to augment our own experience our model is to work with a number of tried and tested strategic partners.
