The idea was born in 2022 when Paulina Dubey, swissroom's founder, faced the difficulty of finding spare rooms. Our platform enables tenants to find affordable accommodations for short to medium-term stays. Room providers are students or hosts with a spare room in their flat looking to maximize space while benefiting from rent or services. The idea relies upon the sharing economy and allows intergenerational exchanges.
