Swizz is the brainchild of the United States Military Veterans. After completing their tour of duty and finishing their education using their GI BILLs there were no job prospects aside from dead-end jobs that paid minimum wage.
Puzzled by the constant roadblocks, and wasting money and time on books about how to find a job, and how to write résumés while working minimum wage jobs and trying everything the correct combination hit.
While sharing this information with friends and other veterans it worked for them as well, then Swizz platform was born. Combining Job Listings with Job Fairs and Proper Résumés with tips for interviews the success rate skyrocketed for getting hired in Careers and not just dead-end jobs.
