SW Social Support is a full-service wellness collective, of licensed professionals from all walks of wellness medical, mental health, to homeopathy. We are multi-cultural, multilingual, & multiethnic professionals looking to connect with those on their wellness journeys. As y(our) professional partner in wellness, our team, helps you do the hard work of healing in commUNITY. We believe everyone needs, to be seen, heard valued & belong.
Our wellness sessions connect, people on their wellness journeys with wellness professionals they can partner with and walk the journey to wellness in step with, as two experts. The person on their journey is the expert on their life and their wellness professional is a subject matter expert, and together they may out a plan to meet optimal wellness as defined by the person seeking healing & wellness.
It is our mission to connect, people to wellness professionals who are like them in language, culture, language, and experience; to create inclusive places where BIPOC people can feel seen, heard, valued, respected, and most of all belong.
It is our vision to take therapy and wellness outside of the therapy room and bring wellness initiatives and wellness collectives to other states, by supporting governments, municipalities, agencies, and educational institutes with the skills and tools to address wellness, in their leadership teams, employees, and those they serve.
We value commUNITY, ComPASSION, and CONNECTion. We honor that we often experience trauma communally but heal in silos. We have compassion for where both our clients and wellness professionals have been and where they are going. We believe in Connection otherwise known as social support, the concept that we are all walking the journey of healing together, hence the (OUR) in y(our) being in parenthesis, since we are doing the hard work of healing in tangent.
