A series of new, high added value services such as Proof of Delivery (POD), call center operation, e-archiving, document management, management of advance payments, refurbishment areas for special project needs come to significantly expand the number of outsourcing options. Standard Storage and Distribution services are provided daily by the highly trained and specialized personnel with total respect to our customers and extra care to detail.
Logistics Services
Import – Reception: Import commodity network, Reverse logistics, Commodity quality control, Claims and Compensation Report, Customs areas from/to network, Possibility of direct management of suppliers and transport companies of the storers etc.
Storage: Unloading, palletizing, qualitative and quantitative reception, multi-pack & units of measurement picking, inventory control, cyclical and periodic inventory counts, multiple check plans, handling of special features (S/N, LOT, FIFO, LIFO, FEFO) etc.
Export : Managing orders, meeting emergency business needs, issue of shipping documents and invoices, export support etc.
Distribution – Transportation: International & national transport, Cross-docking, City logistics, courier service, distribution network covering all of Greece, management of delivery deadlines, appointment scheduling etc.
