Synergy4WBO is a grass root, non-profit organization who advocates for people of color and women-owned small businesses to be equally profitable, sustainable, and successful, when compared to their non-minority counterparts. We aim to change the future for Black and other minority-owned businesses that are disproportionately underserved. We strengthen the economic well-being of minority and woman-owned small businesses, by addressing the top challenges facing all small businesses, especially in underserved communities, across the United States. Hence, changing the future!
At Synergy4WBO we see a future where we influence one-million business leaders, especially women and people of color, to have access to equitable advancements. A future where minority small business owners in underserved communities can strengthen their knowledge, improve their marketing, gain access to capital, and grow beyond their unimaginable potential.
At Synergy, we provide educational opportunities, one-on-one mentoring, professional coaching, marketing strategies and access to capital to members and partners of our community. Thus, changing the future!
