We buy all of our livestock from local farms and auctions throughout the Midwest, and pride ourselves in providing meat to a widely diverse customer base. Over the years, our team has mastered the processing and packing technique, allowing only the finest cuts to be sold to our community. We offer full service wholesale and retail products.
