We are Tad and Gary! Back in 2014 we moved here to Denver and soon won first place in a local chili contest. For years, our friends and family told us our chili was good enough to sell well! In 2017 we formed Conscious Chili, LLC and since we have spend countless hours crafting the perfect chili recipe! Now we are excited to provide Colorado with our excellent chili, inspired by my father's renowned secret chili recipe. We are proud to provide our community with high-quality and delicious chili that encapsulates our values of family, authenticity, and integrity.
