Tadvin & Company is a firm of certified public accountants based in Tehran. The firm is authorised and regulated by the Iranian Association of Certified Public Accountants (IACPA). Our firm was established in 2002. Its roots, however, go back to a time 45 years ago and a role as the Iranian representative of the UK accountancy firm Whinney Murray & Company, and later Ernst and Young (EY).
During this time Tadvin & Company has been providing world-class standards of auditing and other assurance and advisory services to local and international businesses and organisations, including EY clients based in Iran. Together, our audit partners and technical staff possess many decades of collective experience in providing high class and value adding professional services. We perform these services in accordance with both local and international accounting and auditing standards.
We are one of the few firms authorised by the Securities & Exchange Organization in Iran as "Class A" and this enables us to carry out independent audit of any size listed companies. We also act as a legal inspector of companies as per the requirements of the Commercial Code of Iran and its Articles of Association.
