We're a community-driven initiative to remove miles of old lead cable that have been left at the bottom of Lake Tahoe. The length of these cables spans nearly 10% of the shoreline. From Baldwin Beach to Rubicon Bay, they cross the mouth of world famous Emerald Bay. They are no longer in use, and haven't been used for decades. Regardless of the past, we're here to take them out to protect Lake Tahoe for future generations.
