Our name Tahua, like many Māori words, has multiple meanings. Tahua meanings of ‘feast’ and “meeting place” speak beautifully to hospitality and to one of our core values, manaakitanga.
Another meaning “fund” speaks to our role as a business, providing investment, opportunity, and growth for our people.
Furthermore, there is a key element to Tahua of “generosity”, not just a meal, but a feast, not just a fund, but a heap!
