The program aims to respond to key government policies for industry development and contribute to the country’s strategic technological advancement. It helps facilitate industrial transformation, enhances technological advantages and innovation capabilities, and selects outstanding talent from Taiwan's academia-industry innovation ecosystem to study abroad for one year, expanding their global perspective and professional skills.
