Any talent acquisition consultant can fill roles. But I spend time learning how my clients work, how they like to do things, and the type of personalities they look for. I then supply talent who will fit in with their team, and feel right at home.

Thanks to my extensive experience as an industrial engineer, I also help my clients to enhance and improve their recruitment processes. I help my clients to find great candidates, but also help them to streamline the process by which they find and recruit them. In the long run, that makes things faster and easier for my clients.

With a background in academia, I know how to spot up-and-coming talent, so I can source some of the freshest faces from the most prestigious Saudi universities.
