The Talent Incubator is like a start-up incubator programme, but for Talent leaders instead of start-up founders.
It’s a structured programme to develop future-focused people management skills, knowledge and confidence, as well as developing, testing and preparing to deploy people approaches unique to your business.
Held over a six-month period with expert mentor support between sessions, you’ll work alongside and build connections with HR and Talent professionals within similar businesses. Participants should expect to spend two days a month in facilitated sessions with peers and mentors, in addition to online coaching and advice sessions.
In the first half of the programme, modules are a mixture of face to face learning, remote coaching and self-guided study to build skills and knowledge. The second half of the programme is iterative, with expert mentoring and guidance as participants explore the practical real life opportunities within their businesses.
