As clients we did not feel that the services offered by recruitment Companies represented value for money so we offer range of recruitment services at a much more affordable cost than traditional executive recruiters. Executive Search • We use specialised research companies to complete the name gathering and experienced recruitment professionals to handle the selection and short-listing of candidates. This enables us to identify potential candidates much faster than typical executive search consultancies. This allows our search directors to concentrate their efforts on screening, interviewing and short-listing candidates and managing them through our clients’ selection processes until the successful completion of each assignment. • We charge a fixed fee to complete a search regardless of the salary for the role, as a result our fees for a full search are less than half the fees charged by traditional recruitment companies. Recruitment Research We have developed an innovative recruitment service which will provide a shortlist of high quality candidates which closely match your requirements for a fixed cost of £6.000 regardless of the salry for the position or the number of individuals recruited. We complete the first two stages of a full search ( and name gathering and candidate approaches and shortlisting). We then provide you with a shortlist of 3-5 candidates and you then manage them through your selection process. Advertised Selection We do not believe that you should pay a placement fee for a candidate generated through an advertisement that you have paid for. So instead we charge a fixed fee to handle the assignment. There are no shortlist or placement fees and our service therefore offers outstanding value when compared to traditional recruitment consultancies.
