A few years back, I started my journey in Coaching - first as a Coachee and then as a Coach. The corporate environment experience helped me understand the challenges, on different levels, that a Manager could face while trying to find the right way to navigate everyday topics. Having experienced growth firsthand, I know that it is not always easy, and it can sometimes be painful, but when you feel encouraged and find "your place," it can be less dramatic. It can be very much inspiring and rewarding. But this often requires not just "a bit" of personal work but much effort. And the results can be unique and amazing.
I am encouraging you all to stop and reflect on where you are now and how that feels. It can be in many ways: complicated, easy, beautiful, messy, excellent, or confusing. And all of them are normal because of the different stages you are in - in your personal and professional growth journey.
