Tanisha’s Talent is a youth empowerment programme delivering dynamic, skills-based workshops for young people aged 4–18 across London.
We specialise in building confidence, communication, and critical thinking through interactive sessions in public speaking, debating, political literacy, creative writing, employability, and Russell Group university preparation.
Designed for schools, youth clubs, and community spaces, our workshops go beyond traditional learning by using role-play, mock interviews, debates, campaign-building, and real-world scenario tasks to actively engage students.
Whether it’s a group of 10 or an assembly of 90, our sessions are tailored to inspire young people to Think, Talk, and Take Action — in their classrooms, communities, and futures.
Founded and led by Tanisha Zaman — a youth mentor, political writer, and education advocate — the programme is grounded in lived experience and driven by a mission for education equity, youth voice, and social mobility.
