PT Jaya Sukses Makmur Sentosa Tbk (Tanrise Property) didirikan pada tanggal 23 Mei 2003 dan mengawali bisnisnya melalui kawasan mixed–use Tritan Point Warehouse yang terdiri dari pergudangan dan pertokoan (ruko) di kota-kota besar di Indonesia seperti Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Medan dan Bandung. Pada tahun 2011, Tanrise Property mulai melakukan ekspansi lini bisnis dengan mendirikan Solaris Hotel di Malang dan Bali serta kawasan perumahan modern yaitu Grand Sunrise di Gresik. Pada tahun 2012, Tanrise Property mulai mengembangkan lagi lini bisnisnya dengan membangun gedung bertingkat tinggi yang dirancang oleh arsitek kelas dunia. Pada tahun 2015, Tanrise Property juga mengembangkan tiga Cleo Business Hotel yang berada di lokasi-lokasi strategis yang tersebar di kota Surabaya. Tanrise Property kemudian mengembangkan High Rise Building pertamanya yaitu Vasa Hotel Surabaya yang merupakan hotel bintang lima terbaru yang terletak di Surabaya Barat. Tanrise Property terus berekspansi dengan mendirikan gedung perkantoran Voza Premium Office serta Apartment mewah The 100 Residence.
