Taproot

taproot is a community consultancy that works across the UK. We work for social change that is impactful, sustained and which makes communities more equitable. We do this by providing support to organisations and systems that work for a better world. Working with single organisations and across systems we take on projects that seek to make positive change. We do this by forming collaborative relationships with people and agencies, gathering and synthesising the best data and information and providing spaces where people with all kinds of expertise can debate and agree ways forward. We build capacity and resilience in teams of people who drive social change. We provide services such as team reviews and away days where we bring teams together and design and hold spaces for them to connect and consider their future.
